We have recently updated our policy
regarding data to address the new standards introduced by the
European data protection law known as GDPR. The EU General Data
Protection Regulations (GDPR) will strengthen and unify data
protection for all individuals within the EU.
We have
taken several steps to ensure we are operating in line with the
new regulations and have briefed all our staff on GDPR, what
their personal responsibilities are and have provided training
on any changes implemented.
We store all collected
information on candidates on our private database, including CV,
name, address, and requirement from a new position. The database
is secure, password protected and can only be accessed by team
members employed by Strictly People Ltd.
Strictly People
Ltd keep this information on our database until we’ve had no
contact from you for two years, you unsubscribe from us or
utilise your right to be forgotten.
Strictly People Ltd
store your data as necessary for your job applications through
us.
We continue to store data as we believe our
candidates continue to have a legitimate interest in our
communications, therefore the data needs to be stored.
We
will only communicate with you when it is believed there is a
legitimate interest in what we are communicating i.e. relevant
job positions, relevant articles etc.
We will not share
your data with anyone without your permission. When given
permission Strictly People Ltd will pass your details onto our
clients that you are interested in.

In the case of a data breach, it will be
solved within 72 hours and we will immediately notify the person

be an investigation to decide whether the breach was a systemic
issue or human error and work to prevent a reoccurrence through
either training, better processes or other corrective steps.
