Firstly, by gaining a real understanding of your business prior to searching for the type of individual that you are looking for, we will ensure that by using innovative solutions we will source and shortlist relevant candidates. Unlike other recruitment agencies we will guarantee that all candidates have been thoroughly interviewed either face to face, via zoom or over the telephone prior to being put forward for a position.
Headhunting
We offer a headhunting service for senior management and executive roles. Our own senior operational, HR and leisure and hospitality experience enables us to effectively search and select appropriate candidates utilising advanced and probing interview techniques. This approach can be very beneficial in terms of identifying key individuals from other businesses both from within and outside of the leisure and hospitality sectors who have a proven track record. A guaranteed shortlist of quality candidates is offered as part of this service.
This service is offered to managers and executives who may require that extra external support, challenge or coaching to help them to achieve greater performance within their role. Individual business coaching has proven invaluable to many leaders in helping them to deliver improved business results in an inspired way.

We respect that taking the decision to secure a new role can be a challenging and exciting time for an individual. Recognising this we pride ourselves on building strong, genuine and supportive relationships with our candidates.
How we work
We take the time to get to know you. We do not work on a 'high volume' candidate basis as we are keen to build genuine, mutually beneficial, relationships with our candidates. We interview all our candidates in depth to enable us to understand your skills, experience and level of competence as well as your own personal career aspirations. This approach means that we can work with you to help you secure the right role and not waste time discussing irrelevant opportunities.
